Secret Angels explores themes of beauty, identity, and celebrity culture. The portraits are composited by editing physical features from Victoria Secret models know as “angels”. By merging  and blurring facial features focus is drawn to a generic type of beauty. Blonde hair, pink lips, and fair skin give insight that reflects what a well known brand displays as beautiful and sexy. The portraits  depict a similar European aesthetic and produce another commonplace celebrity/model/beauty character.
